Our team consists of over 30 experienced facilitators, consultants, coaches, technicians and logistics support who work together to create unique and safe experiential learning experiences indoors and outdoors.  Many of our facilitators and consultants have been field experts in leadership and team development for over 15 years and several of our technicians run their own outdoor tours all over Australia. We bring together their love of adventure and passion for meaningful work to deliver long-lasting impact for our clients.
