PETE specialises in communications, public speaking, youth development, and leadership development and training.  He has over 20 years of experience facilitating groups on adventures.  He loves people & loves the potential for positive change to occur in the context of adventure.  His passion to develop leadership, build community & integrate core values has led Pete to develop his own business.  He loves to train, encourage, shape & release excellent facilitators who love people, love adventure & love life.  He is surrounded by a fantastic team & an amazing family.
