Leith Boully

FACILITATOR | SPEAKER, EXECUTIVE COACH, CONSULTANT

LEITH is responsible for program facilitation, and is a speaker, executive coach and consultant.  She specialises in team and organisational development, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution, and women’s leadership.  She has many years experience in strategic leadership roles in the water sector and is now based in Brisbane. Her passion for water and leadership development has evolved through her early experiences in the ‘bush’. She grew up on a farm near Roma in QLD and after university in NSW and a wonderful experience working with indigenous cattle stations in the NT spent the next 30 years farming near Dirranbandi in southern QLD and engaging in challenging leadership roles across the water sector. Leith brings this real life experience to her leadership development work with people who aspire to make a difference in their communities, industries and businesses.
