RUSSELL is a program and workshop facilitator and consultant who specialises in team & organisational development, and change management.  He is a partner in ‘rustybrown’ a consultancy that designs and facilitates projects and group processes for leaders wanting to transform complex social, economic and political systems.  He is known for his strategic thinking, deep listening and ability to create a space that encourages imagination, different mindsets and diverse thinking.  He helps both individuals and groups build effectiveness in leading change.  His qualifications are in science and adult education.  He has held leadership roles in environmental planning, community development and organisational change in Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East.  A number of the projects he has led have helped those organisations win national awards in training and development, sustainability and climate change.  He devotes his time to his love of outdoor adventures, community building and farming.
