Kato Matthews
FACILITATOR
KATO is a facilitator and is passionate about making the most of opportunities to explore potential, for both herself and others. She embodies this by challenging herself to tackle new skills in all areas of her life. In addition to professional achievements, she sets herself personal goals for tapping into her creative energies and crafting things from materials old and new. Kato also enjoys being active, and whether cycling around town with her family, training for & participating in the Lake Argyle Swim, or hiking & camping through the rugged Kimberley landscape, she loves being out in the environment.
Born and bred in country areas of southern Western Australia, Kato has made her home with her family in the stunning Kimberley region. Kato has qualifications in health and has worked in the industry for over 13 years, also providing rural and remote perspectives as representative on many local, state and national health committees. Kato is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program Course 17 and her own journey of growth and development has inspired her to enable learning experiences for others.
