Zoe Routh

ZOE is director of Inner Compass and author of “Composure: How Centered Leaders Make the Biggest Impact.” She has over 25 years of experience facilitating, training and coaching in leadership development in Canada and Australia in a variety of industries, including agribusiness, professional services and higher education. Her past roles include Chair of the Outdoor Council of Australia, Program Manager at the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation and Training Director at Outward Bound Australia. Driven by compassion, courage and adventure, Zoe develops forward-thinking leaders and teams within challenging contexts. Past President of Canberra Women in Business, Zoe is a member of Business Chicks and the Canberra Business Chamber. Zoe holds a B.A. in Honours English Literature from McGill University and is a certified facilitator and trainer in DISC Behavioural Profiling, Advanced Emotional Skills (SQ21) and Outdoor Recreation. She enjoys telemark skiing, has run six marathons and loves hiking in high country.
