FOR INDIVIDUAL WOMEN INVEST IN YOURSELF The Women’s Leadership Challenge provides time-poor women an opportunity to connect with themselves and develop a new personal and professional network with other entrepreneurs and small business owners/managers. Through consequence-based team activities, we provide a safe space where you can just be yourself, hone leadership skills, and enjoy caving, abseiling and yoga in the picturesque regions of Margaret River, the Gippsland, Wee Jasper, the Blue Mountains and the Kimberley. FOR PROFESSIONAL FIRMS INVEST IN WOMEN Companies can either sponsor a group of women for leadership development as part of an open enrolment Women’s Leadership Challenge or contract for their own program. As part of a nationally recognised gender equality acceleration project we aim to fast-track professional women towards their career advancement or board placement goals.  Ideal participants are middle and senior managers in financial services, legal services, consulting and engineering sectors. We are offering firms a 1-year package for each women they sponsor that includes: DISC behavioural profile assessment. 5-day experiential leadership program. Access to national mentor network.
