Our new partnership!

Today we’re excited to announce the partnership of Outback Initiatives and
Novelle Consortium. This partnership will provide specialised development
and support in areas of corporate change and ethical values-based
leadership.

70% of all organisational change attempts fail within the first year. With
increasing fiscal and global changes, business and government are
responding to the need for change through structural reform, financial
realignment and managing changing work and chartered responsibilities.

Both Outback Initiatives and Novelle Consortium offer bespoke robust
corporate or strategic change solutions for addressing the key drivers of
successful corporate change or reform. Working together on process and
people makes the experience and outcomes more powerful and sustainable in
the long term for individuals and organisations.

I especially want to thank Lindsay Bridge, General Manager of Novelle
