OUR PROCESS:
42 is the average age most managers begin formal leadership training, about 10 years after they begin supervising people. See the problem?
To start in our process we undertake DiSC behavioural profiling (world-renowned psychometric tool), and throughout the program you will be introduced to ‘planned’ chaos, pressure, and challenging scenarios. With limited resources and time, you will learn how to be creative, communicate and collaborate while under pressure, and connect leadership theory with practice.
Through consequence-based experiences over several days, you will have the opportunity to test everything you know about yourself and leadership. With real and valuable feedback delivered in a safe environment (in real-time), your new-found capabilities and skills will be immediately transferrable to the workplace.
