A sense of space for Singaporean Leaders
18/05/2023
Western Australia’s Southwest region turned on perfect conditions for our recent group of specialist Leaders from Singapore. Highlights for these international guests included exploring Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park with its world-class coastline, Cape to Cape track and Boranup Forrest, to name a few.
With around 1 person per Km2 vs Singapore’s 8,000 per Km2, Western Australia offers the space to consider and practice Leadership concepts.
Meanwhile our Safety Technicians are behind the scenes to guide participants through unfamiliar conditions to heighten the experiential learning process.
Here, Pete Cohen, sets up a memorable cliff descent. He’ll soon be heading to the Kimberley to share another iconic Western Australian experience with our Nepalese guests. We thank Pete for his contribution. His 20+ years of Leadership experience is highly regarded within the industry and by the team at Outback Initiatives.
