GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

ROB brings an abundance of passion and wealth of experience to the Outback Initiatives team, contributing to the ongoing development of global client partnerships, and offering support during programs in-between time.

In his earlier years, Rob guided adventure-based tours in Egypt, Tanzania, and South Africa, often in very remote locations. Following this, he spent twenty years in speciality outdoor equipment Sales Management and Business Development where he harnessed his capacity to develop the potential in others to create positive cultures and impactful results for the businesses he partnered with.

Having personally experienced the Kimberley Leadership Program in 2018, Rob quickly realised the lasting impact of the Outback Initiatives experiential model and now works with organisations and individuals to find the best program for them. He certainly brings the ‘i’ in DiSC, and if you chat to him about our programs he is guaranteed to say, ‘I wish I did it 20 years earlier!’
