LIZ is a workshop facilitator, executive coach, and speaker who specialises in team & organisational development, change management, negotiation & conflict resolution, and women’s leadership. Liz is a lifelong learner, who has studied, practised and teaches leadership inspired forever by the purposeful determination of Joan of Arc. Liz demonstrated her ability to lead from a young age. She trained as a nurse and specialised in Emergency Nursing, and spent 6 years working her way around Australia on Highway One. This incredible experience allowed her to develop highly intuitive communication skills with people from all walks of life. Liz’s interest in cultural diversity took her to South India, where she volunteered as a community Nurse for World Vision of India. Liz moved into the private sector with an International Corporation that specialised in healthcare software development, and went on to establish the Quality Assurance division for the Asia-Pacific geography. Having proved that focused intentional leadership and structured process delivers results she was promoted to the International Director of Quality Assurance and relocated to the Netherlands. Liz worked as part of the Central European executive team and led a team of hundreds scattered across the globe. Liz relocated back to Australia 2 years ago, and established her own business to give back all that she had learnt in her own leadership journey. She is so encouraged and motivated to teach and inspire women to embrace their natural feminine energy and step up into leadership goals. Liz loves neuroscience & the concept of neuroplasticity (having a healthcare background, this is the foundation of the development of leadership thinking), hiking, gardening, good movies, and the pursuit of knowledge.
