Program Director

KEVIN is our Program Director.  He is also an OI Program and Workshop facilitator, consultant, coach, speaker and trainer who specialises in team and organisational development, change management, communications and public speaking and negotiations and conflict resolution.  Kevin also works with Indigenous and Youth leadership.  Kevin has over 30 years experience in coaching, facilitating, instructing and helping people to achieve their full potential.  He has designed and implemented experiential learning based programs for corporate clients, secondary and tertiary schools.  He has represented Australia at the highest level in sport and competed in several World Championships.

Kevin has organized and led expeditions throughout the most remote areas in Australia, Nepal, East Timor and Papua New Guinea and has conducted many survival and personal development courses for a wide range of industries. He has a passion for developing people and creating positive sustainable change. During his teaching career he was responsible for the developing and conducting programs for youth under the Victorian Youth Development scheme.  With many years experience as a personal development coach and facilitator, Kevin has excellent communication skills and has a very personable nature allowing him to develop a productive client / coach relationship based on trust and honesty.  He has managed, overseen and implemented Leadership programs, youth development programs, and been the director of major leadership development programs for the Singapore Government, NSW Regional development Committee, WA Govt. Indigenous Land Councils, and the Victorian Combined Emergency Services. These programs have required implementation in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and strategies. Currently, Kevin is delivering Leadership development programs in several countries, including Australia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore.

The key stakeholder relationships have been maintained by open communication and adhering to his values of Honesty, Integrity, Congruence and Respect.  Kevin is also an accredited provider of a range of DISC behavioural assessment products and Hogan Assessment.  He will assist in effecting positive change in you, your staff and your organisation. Kevin loves to spend time with his family and friends in the outdoors.
