SIWAN is a program facilitator, consultant, executive coach and speaker who specialises in team & organisational development, change management, communications & public speaking, organisational psychology, and women’s leadership. Siwan has a PhD in Public Policy, and a Diploma in Positive Psychology. For most of her career she has been working in natural resources management, undertaking a range of roles that put to use her communication, strategic thinking, and people skills. In 2008, she established the not for profit Australian River Restoration Centre to enable her to follow her passion of working with local communities to restore rivers. Siwan was born in Armidale, NSW on a small property, and later moved to the Huon Valley in Tasmania where she completed school and went on to University. She now lives in Canberra, with her husband Tom, and son Finn, as well as two welsh republican corgis Merry and Pippa. Siwan’s favourite pastimes are singing, laughing, camping, kayaking, and enjoying great conversations with friends.
