MICHAEL is a program facilitator, with over 30 years experience in training and development, including 9 years overseas and 22 years with the Australian Defence Force, the last 19 years in the Special Forces Group with extensive experience in the field of Training Needs Analysis and small team operations and capability development.  Michael has always worked outdoors, and has always been involved in activities like helping with the Duke of Edinburgh award, or taking groups rock climbing.  Having a passion for the counseling side and eco therapy parts of his work, he now focuses on the outdoors to use it as a vehicle for life skills and firmly believes in biophilia.
